My name is Polina Mikhailovna Trofimova and I am one of ™ Chicken House restaurants’ HR managers.
As well as many of my peers, after graduating from school I dreamed of becoming independent, of paying for my studies at the university, of traveling - and in 2013 I joined the company "Chicken House" for a part-time job for the summer period ... For the summer period, which lasts for more than 5 years for now.
Of course, combining studies with work, let alone building a successful career is not an easy task. But thanks to the company management’s loyalty it is quite possible as I saw for myself! At first, like everyone else, I was a waiter who dreamt of being an administrator. Then I was an administrator who was seriously considering the position of HR manager. And today I'm a human resources manager, who enjoys his work and begins to think seriously... You know...))
My motto that has helped me in all my endeavors: "The starting point for any success is desire.
