EKATERINA SOBIROVA

I am Ekaterina Vasilyevna Sobirova, administrator of one of ™ Chicken House restaurants. I joined the Chicken House team in 2010. My acquaintance with the company began as a waiter. I remember my first impression: I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the company, the presence  of its own production what is not typical for fast food. But thanks to my experience in catering it was not difficult for me to understand the essence of the work.
As soon as I had the opportunity to try my hand at being an administrator I was in the front row. I am very grateful to my management for the support at the internship and adaptation stages in my new position. Learning to be a manager, developing new competencies is a very difficult, but madly interesting process.
For me, Chicken House has become more than just a job - it's like a second family! Confidence in the future, growth, development, invaluable experience - all this gives the company to its employees.
